    Parallel grip chin, bodyweight + 30 lbs. x 3
    bodyweight + 20 lbs. x 3
    Bodyweight + 20 lbs. x 2

    Snatch deadlift 205x2,3,3

    Incline (very low incline a.k.a next to flat) db benches 70x2, 60x4, 65x3 + negative

    Free Motion is the company. It's just another treadmill only you can program it to rise and fall or have the incline get steeper and then more level. No treadmill today though.

    Seated presses for one set x 15 reps with 35# dumbbells
    Dumbbell laterals 5# dbs x 12, 10# dbs x 12,12
    Front raises with 10# dbs x 12,12
    Rear delt on machine for 3 sets and varying weights

    20:00 Free Motion treadmill
    20:00 Star Trac bike

    Weights were simply for a fun pump as this is my rest day.
    Total cardio was 80:00 (Look, I can add!)
