I think its easier to put your weak hand over strong hand under.

I thik that you need to swich hand posititons every time because after a while you may notice a slite difference in your traps

Depends on your stance. If you go conventional then you want your hands just outside of your legs. The farther out you go from there, the more it draws you down toward the bar (which increases ROM) and decreases your leverage.

my stance is about shoulder width...if i go out further it kind of hurt my inner knee. so is my grip width being outside of my knee width by a bit suitable ?

first on bak day. good form low reps heavy weight. we usually go plate for plate till we have 5 or 6 plates per side. it puts sick thickness on. but if you wanna get the most out of them do them first when your fresh. then try them at the end. you will see what im talking about

use to dead lift and i loved it, until i tore my right pec deadlifting after a quick upper body workout. Now i cant deadlift because i feel especialy weak in the chest area that i tore. Sucks.

the best time to do deads is in ur last exersize because it hurts the most, it gets u tired the most, but it builds u like a dam rock the most as well. but make sure when ur going down lift with ur legs and when ur going up pull with ur back. and dont drop the weight on the floor when u go down that takes all the power out of it just let it touch the floor dont slam it because ur loosing alot of power.

well i spoke to a person who came in 2nd place in mr universe hes an old man now, but he told me that u should grip the bar alittle bit farther than ur thigh, and when it gets real heavy, put 1 hand over, 1 under, then rotate after each set. do 5 sets. ull become a hulk.
