    Default Back

    Pulldowns
    40 x 20
    60 x 15
    80 x 10
    100 x 10
    120 x 10
    140 x 10
    160 x dunno, just kept going until I couldn't

    1 arm db row
    40 x 3 sets of 12 on each side

    rev pec dec
    40 x 12
    60 x 12
    80 x I think 12

2 sets of the following with very short rest between:
    underhand pulldown with 80 x 25 right into db shrugs with 40s x 25

    and that was it.
Training needs a kick in the pants. Don't recall my last "leg" day.
Today was on the lighter side because I have some weird little tweak on my left side. Kind of where my lat ties in on the bottom... I'm sure it'll pass but I had to go a bit easy.
Wanted to squat today but I went in first thing this morning before eating and couldn't get my head into it. Even with such a light easy back day it took me a good 3 exercise to get my head right.

Default Suff I didn't log: (and squats today)

So I trained 4 days at work last week. Chest which is above, then I did back, shoulder and arms.
All 4 sessions were pretty decent! Best Ive felt training for a long time.

Today I hit my gym for squats.

    bar x 10, 10
    95 x 5
    135 x 5
    185 x 5
    225 x 5
    275 x 3
    315 x 1, 2, 3
    135 x 20

I have a feeling I will regret some of that tomorrow. LOL
Knock on wood it all felt pretty good although pretty heavy too. I am hoping to keep squats in on the weekends for a while now. I know I should always squat so with 2 days to get it done there should be no excuse. Then if I miss anything during the week I won't feel so bad. hahaha.

    Default Shoulders

    Standing overhead press
    bar x 20, 20
    95 x 10
    135 x 5
    185 x 3, 3, 3

Seated db presses, VERY straight back bench
    30s x 10
    50s x 10
    70s x 10, 10, 10

    Seated db sides
    20s x 15, 15, 15

db front raise (Arnold style, all the way overhead)
    20s x 12, 12, 12

Another great day of training. Very "good" sore all week, from everything.
Still not "planning" on arms tomorrow but you never know... LOL

Been reading a lot of Vince Girondas old stuff. You know I love keto, so I am particularly interested in the Hormone precursor diet. I also notice a difference when I have eggs in my diet which I have not been eating lately. Perhaps time to get them back in the mix.
I've also been falling off and eating too much junk lately, then it came to me that without even noticing I have been taking out a lot of my fats. This would be why I am so hungry and splurging on junk.
Perhaps I will give Vinces diet a whirl next week. I do love simple and it doesn't get much easier...

Goon, I never liked wide grip dips, just never felt "right" to me.

D - thanks man. training has been feeling great these last 2 weeks.

Funny you mention Vince Gironda I started the dips because of his column in the old MMI. I did tons of them could be a reason for later shoulder issues

Maybe. I still think people are just built different though. Maybe your shoulders were never going to like dips period? I love them and "seem" to do ok with them. I may look into the liver tabs

Definitely will start back up my training log once I get back to a scheduled training regimen. Right now with everything going on, im doing good to keep maintaining my size without too much effort.

    Default Chest

    Slight inc bench
    bar x 20
    95 x 15
    135 x 12
    185 x 10
    235 x 6, 6, 6

    Inc db press
    60s x 10
    80s x 10
    100s x 10, 10

    almost flat db fly
    20s x 12
    25s x 12, 12, 12, 12

cable fly, set with pulleys just below shoulders to mimic "flat"
    40 x 15, 15

    pretty solid day.
I think I finally have to make the final call for Gunther He is very alert and "normal" when he is laying down but he cannot stand on his own. I have to wash his blanket every day, sometimes twice. We feel his quality of life is no longer there. I honestly feel he is hanging on just for us. Now we feel we are being selfish for keeping him around. Honestly the worst decision we have ever had to make. We still need to talk to Conor about as well, which won't go well...

That sucks man. I had to put one of my dogs to sleep not too long ago. A bunch of stupid teenagers ran over my dog right in front of my house going well over the speed limit. Worst thing was that my daughter saw it all happen. Very hard to explain to a young kid. You will know when it is time
