    Bench
    bar x a bunch of reps
    155 x 3
    205 x 3
    245 x 3
    295 x 3
    335 x 3*
    340 x 2*
    *those were the numbers called for on the routine. 95% and 97.5% of the 350 I based the routine on. Both of those sets put me just under 370 for a single. Best I have done in a few months so I feel the routine is working a bit.

    Inc db press, palms facing each other
    60s x 3 sets of 15 reps

    24" neutral grip pulldowns
    160 x 4 sets of 15 reps

    Very good day of training. I was happy with those sets of bench. Hopefully it keeps climbing right up into the 4s...
