    Also Tuesday, lol

    So since I my shoulder area was still pretty sore from yesterdays training I decided to hit Squats and carries rather than the back stuff.

    Squats
    bar x 10
    95 x 10
    135 x 10
    145 x 10
    155 x 10
    165 x 10
    175 x 10
    185 x 10

    Yoke walks (20 feet)
    205 x 1
    295 x 1
    385 x 5 trips

    Felt pretty good today actually.

    Yesterday I weighed in at 180.0
    Today I weighed in at 181.6 I think.

    Today:
    Whole body feels "sore/tired", glad it was an "off day".
    Weighed in at 180.6 this morning.

    At work:
    Wide pulldowns
    70 x 15
    100 x 15
    130 x 15
    160 x 12, 12

    single 1 arm cable rows
    70 x 15
    100 x 15
    130 x 10ish, 10ish I think

    Alternated between Barbell shrug from the floor and zercher carries
    deadlift/shrug stayed at 135 for sets of 30 reps
    percher carry started at 185 first 20 feet then 205 every set after that
    So 1 lighter set of carries followed by 5 heavier.
    6 Sets of DL/Shrugs altogether.

    DB pullovers
    40 x 20, 20

    Whole day felt really good.

    Saw a NEW LOW this morning of 179.6
    *small drop, but right direction. I'll take it.

    Looking forward to training arms tomorrow.
    Looking forward to my fast on Saturday. Not sure how long this one will be...
