    So, 177.2 this morning and to be honest I expected more. I'm fine with it, just thought different is all.
    200+ grams of carbs around training on Monday and Tuesday... had my fat coffee around 5:30 this morning and checked my ketones later in the morning at work and I was 0.6 which is where I normally am anyways! That is an AWESOME sign that my body burned those carbs, stored them as glycogen (hopefully, which is why I put them after training) and went right back to using fats/ketones for fuel.
    This is what they mean by "dual fueled". I could just as easily put the carbs in pre training and I would use them for fuel. My goal however is to try and fill out muscle tissue. Thats why I try to spike insulin after training and then cram in all the white rice. No idea if it's working yet, but the presence of those ketones make me feel like I am NOT doing any damage anyway.

    So funny you mention that! I have been buying some 32s (haven't been there in a while, lol) and I got a pair last weekend... I was showing my wife yesterday and I slid them right off while still buttoned! I DO NOT remember ever being in 30s, ever! These 32s aren't going to last very long though!!

    Default Thursday at work:

    Man stuff
    Deadlift in hex bar
    up to 255 for 4 sets of 5 reps and then 1 set of 10 reps

    DB farmers walks 100s with straps
    3-4 rounds of good distance. I forget how far but maybe up to about 180 feet or so.

    Yoke walk
    3 good rounds of 275
    last round was 240-250 feet

    Berries and 2 scoops ON pre training
    50g Karolyn after training
    1 cup dry rice and pound of beef when I got home over about 2 hours or so.

    Weight this morning was 175.4 after no carbs yesterday.
    Tomorrow I will be working pretty late so no training, so no carbs.
    Planning a nice little road trip on Saturday for a big arm day... We'll see what transpires.
