Is it bad to eat a tablespoon of coffee grinds instead of drinking it?

i drink coffee mostly but was thinking about swallowing them with a chaser of diet coke before the gym whenever i dont feel like drinking all that liquid?
i always thought it would make u crap yourself but who knows, house does, give it a try, i enjoy drinking mine though
this might be the secret to building huge legs and calves like the house

After watching TheHouse video I put 2tbs in my preworkout shake with sugar free vanillia syrup and my ANPB add some ice damn good and quit an energy boost.

When I make my chocolate protein powder thick so it's like pudding, if I add in coffee grounds it tastes hella good.
well i like drinking my coffee also,,,,,but sometimes when i dont have time to sip boiling coffee or if im in a hurry i was thinking about just throwin down a tbsp or so and chasing it down with a diet coke.
i am experimenting to see if i get the same energy boost from the caffeine as i do when drinking it.

yeah i do it all the time, no bloating from the enormous amounts of fluid if your also have a pwo shake, and water during the workout. plus drinking down a 100 degree drink makes for a hot workout.
