600 is very possible. How old are you? how much do you weigh?

    I'm 24, 235-240.

I'm going to really crank the knee wraps, and with the extra adrenaline I think everything should be fine. It'll be my first time competing in a suit at a meet, but I'll set it up for my third attempt. I'll probably go 550-575-600.

    Next meet dec 20th

425 for 4. Going to front squat next...capable of 225 for at lest 4 on that. Trying to get strong so my deadlift can go up.

If you want your deads to go up, don't worry about front squats. Stick with back squats. Also doing them on a LOW box would help also. Very low like 2-3 inches below parallel. That will really hit the glutes, hips and hammies. That will help you explode of the floor on your deads.

Very nice. Stick with a low box if you want your deads to be quick off the floor.
