we had this workout in high school called arobic squat workout. for me i used 135 and what we did was 20 sets of 10 in 20 min. we would have somebody with a watch, start our first set, do it as fast as you could then rest the rest of the min. nest min, next set. sounds easy? try it! it would get my legs in great shape, then i would hit the heavy squats later.

    Thanks. I'm about 262-264.

I was suppose to do IPA Worlds. But not looking so good. Missed some squat days, though I still hit 650 easy yesterday. So never know...

Usually that is MUCH worse for your knees. The knees are more "protected" when you go as low as possible.

Thats the best way to FUCK ur knees bud - advise you do 'proper' squats to depth to develop your knees up inline with the rest of ur legs.
