my max is around 400 ...... but 350 comfortable for 10.....

    but on another note
i was once crushed by an unloaded bar..........

i stepped on a fishoil pill that fell from my shirt pocket,it burst and splated slipery oil on my shoes causing me to slip on the rubber matt wile doing a warmup with just the bar, and fell face first onto the floor, and the bar hit the back of my head........i could'nt even put my hands out cause they were on the bar..........lol........

    cool story bro.............

It's built around the the big 3 (Squat, deadlift, bench press) and the 5x5 rep range....however and it a BIG however....when you factor in the warm-up with 2x15, 1x10 rep ranges and then final 1x15 rep set thats 4 sets with 10 or more reps. The idea is to hit ALL the muscle fibers with varying rep ranges and to keep the exercises basic and compound!!!
    Excellent points.

In a meet, 405 @ 181 class, Raw, natural/tested. I've also done 10x315 olympic style ATG, which I think isbetter than the 405 low bar

    This thread still lives, lol.
Managed to back squat 465x6 a couple weeks ago, along with front squatting 405x4.
I squat olympic style now with a narrow stance and high bar.

Hit 260 today (after doing a 5x5 at 225), and felt I could have done a double. Petty weights I know, compared to many of you, but I really believe I can hit 300 by my 40th B-day in Oct. My bodyweight is about 180 and I hope to get that down to 165 too.
