My best was a 445 but i have been a little gun shy about this life since i had an injury my sophmore year in high school. i was 16 or so pullin 365 in the gym, felt something in my back pop real bad and i have have pains to this day. this was alwyas the life that killed me at power liftin meets. i would hit a 575 squat, 365 bench and be in the top three only to not place in the top six. of course it did help i was in the same wieght class as a buddie of mine that was the 2 time state champ lol. i remember him doing 630 squat, 350 bench and like a 585 dead, his freshman year!!!
