    if the was on your 5th set and you got 6 reps I'm fairly positive you could pull 405lbs!!!

    Why modify the coan/phillipi? It's a great program to follow as is. Unless you have done the full on program as is and had little to no success I would not deviate.

    Ill definitely try 405 in two weeks (I only deadlift every other week)

    Right now Im stuck at 425lbs. But I love dead lifting I hope to be at 500lbs by the end of the winter.

    pulled 605 at 19 in a meet, now i'm 20 and can do maybe 535?

    strained my lumbers twice. I moved to missouri and lost my training partner who was an amazing lifter. I can't seem to find a gym with platforms and its hard to control that much weight on the decent. I'm not able to push myself as i normally would. Stress ahs a lot to do with it to.
