    Did 675 a couple weeks ago Im trying to get 700 raw I think Im just there just a mental block. I weigh 301 that day no pussy suit or anything just a belt.

    I'm sure you got 700 in ya if your weighing in at 301. Just tell yourself its going up and yank it!

    Why do you always put down equipment? All my numbers are raw as well and I don't use equipment aside from wrist wraps and rehband knee sleeves (during carries). I don't see anything wrong with equipped lifts however, they are just different.

    Well I'll say this the last meet I attended the winner of the 198's pulled 480. I think his total was 12something and he was ranked top 50 raw nationally. So yeah it's good.

    425 lbs at 230 and 6'2 i have a friend that is 5'7 175 that pulled 585 last year he was just built to deadlift that and 1 more thing what does deadlifting off blocks or 2 45s do if some1 could explain that for me a bit more thanks guys

    Contest max 760. Gym max 800 with straps down. Needed to get my ab strength way up to maintain my groove with the straps up.
