I finally moved up to 405 and am pulling it consistantly, so far 405 x 2 (raw) is my best, haven't tried a triple yet. Plan to stay there and work with it a couple months before moving toward heavier weight

I was suppose to do legs today but I wasn't feeling up to squatting so I did back instead starting with deadlifts. I didn't expect much but ended up doing 135x15, 225x10, 315x10, 405x10 then 5x5 495lbs and got all 5 sets of 5 reps!!!. I didn't want to go too heavy due to my bad shoulder so I just stuck at 495lbs and I was toasted after doing 8 sets of deads. My shoulder is killing me but it was fun. Next week I'll try my 5x5 sets with 545lbs.

My current bodyweight is 275lbs this morning @ 6feet.
