425 lbs. raw, weighing in at 192 lbs when i was 20 years old.
430lbs really good form...raw @ 240lbs 6'2. So you know how far my long arms gotta travel...lol
im 22 and i havent maxed pressed since i was 20. i switched my training up to try and get ready for a body building show. its been a year and a half and with my occupation body building is not an option. i tried it and it was so hard,(im a masonry concrete block laborer), the amount of calorie output is so different each day that when i was trying to cut weight, i ended up losing a lot of muscle mass, energy, and drive. it sucks watching all of the hard work and results pretty much disapear over the course of 3 weeks. so im back on the heavy iron, eating 6000 calories a day and getting ready for a USAPL meet on october 31st in hudson wisconsin. ill let you know how my training is going.
