    i was bored so i decided to look up the world record for 16-17 at 198 an 220, the world record for for 198 is 402.2lbs an 435lbs for 220. im 199 an hit 365lb at 17 an i still have untill aug. 13 to hit either over 402 or 435 depending on what im weighing.

    I did 245 @ 164lbs, 10 years ago. Have not maxed since then that I know of, but probably do less now, or about the same at 180lbs. Don't have a spotter so I either do DBs (flat and incline) and/or smith machine and dips.

    i usually do back on fridays cause i hit back twice a week but it was a lil sore so i did chest. i did incline dumbbells:
    70lbx12
    70lbx12
    100lbx12
    stopped felt like i was gonna fall asleep while i was pressing, drank half a enduorush waited 15 min then:
    70lbx12
    135lbx8 or 9 lost count
    **140lbx6** never went above 135lbers

    im taking the weekend off cuz i usually do chest on monday so hopeflly my hest is good for then, its actually pretty good now.

    I used to bench 405 until I tore my pec, now I can't go over 260. I have fear now that it may tear again and I don't want to go through that shit again. Surgery, and months of therapy. After the surgery, my alignment seems a little different now and have been getting bad shoulder problems. Oh well, now I just go for feel and burn, and now my pecs are bigger than when I was was trying to go heavy all the time. Except my injured pec is a little different shaped and a bit smaller.

    Just hit 305 raw at a bodyweight of 164 two weeks ago. Almost got 315, next time!!

    365 was my largest its prolly up a bit now but who knows, I pretty much quit flat BB cause of joints.

    hit 315x2 not too long ago but there is no point in maxing out too often it fucks up ur joints

    270lbs
    bf 22% (high bodyfat, i know, i am dieting down now, my goal is 250lbs)
    28 years old
    starting powerlifting training march of 2008
    before i started powerlifting training my max bench was 245 lbs

    I always sucked ass at bench, so I rarely did it.

    315x6 at 198lb, never tried anything heavier, just figured if I got bi enough i could lie and people would believe it
