    Best so far is 355 at 230 with a high bf (low 20s lookin to get to low teens) raw
    Goal has been 365, feel I will get it real soon, then it is on to 405

    Yesterday I got on close grip 255lbs x 6. Never tried 1 rep max. Started training late November and lovin it.

    Last week i got 315lbs Flat Bench for 3 Reps.....I weigh 172lbs

    my best was 445 at 220lbs. when i was 27.im now 33 and my best in the past year has been 365.I lost my strength mostly from working and not having a spotter anymore.no spotter is a big loss imo.

    my best pause press in competition is 365 easy (i ran out of lifts

    my best regular is 400+ never tried it but i figure if i can do that easy it might be reachable

    I did a 365 at age 18 but havent had a gym to work out in since high school. im 22 now, i have a gym and im around a 300 but that number will rise now that i know more about nutrition.

    Good for you bro. Nutrition is so important as is a good solid program keeping to the tired and true basic compound movements. Get those #'s up and keep us posted OK

    ive got a bad shoulder due to rotator cuff problems so i just started benching again in the last little bit. my max that ive worked up to so far is 225 for 5 reps @ 152 body weight

    You take care of that shoulder and make sure you do your rehab exercises...they work. Trust me...they really do. I actually added them in to my program as a warm-up on chest day now.

    Keep at it and the bigger numbers will come in no time at all

    thanks brother I appreciate it. i do some of them in my warm up now im paranoid as hell about it but ya gotta do what you gotta do. Thanks again.
