I say back and shoulders or back and arms. Back has to be in there...who remembers when he used to do DL's on the smith with Glass and those lower lats striated to hell just popping out?

I want to see How Flex Wheeler trains his shoulders!
Flex can you please train more with free weights...
I know in USA is full with machines, but some guys like me (from poor countries) have only very limited equipment!
Anyway everything from FLEX will be great!
