    Yes I am aware of that. You are talking about WPC which I have. This is WPI which is what I would use for first thing in the morning and for directly after workouts

    Isolate is a better quality protein than concentrate, however, if you are doing a keto diet, read the nutrient break down carefully, and pick one that will work better for you. Vanilla and chocolate whey isolate from NOW, contain 7g carbs with 5g coming from sugar, and 50g protein. The unflavored contains 1g carbs with 1g coming from sugar, and 50g of protein.

    its the same, 175 fully depleted, and slightly dehydrated. i ran 7 miles before those pics, during which i lost 3lbs water...its all an illusion

    WOW! You really do LOOK bigger than the first pic I saw. You are obviously doing something right. With your type of routine, when do you work on weak points, or do you feel you don't really have any?

    Well since I don't bodybuild, aesthetics are not a priority, performance is. Therefore I'm not trying to build anything. When you asked about my weak points, I immediately thought of simply getting stronger and performing better at my functional training routines. I didn't even realize you might be talking about aesthetics, LOL. I'm just doing this show for fun, and to show that you don't have to bodybuild to look like a BB, or do well at a Bb show. I'm doing it to rub in the faces of everyone who is brainwashed into thinking that purely weight-training, isolation movements, and gerbil cardio, are all necessary to look like a BB. My goal is to prove them wrong

    What's your protocol for the insulin supps?
    when do you take them? how much? do you believe they really work? did you try the chromum + vanadyl in the sticky thread? thoughts on that?

    are you doing keto throughout the week then just have a 1 day "skip-load" or does skip have you doing more than just that? (i'm asking b/c I may want to hire him in the future)

    I just have a few questions I'm unsure about. I take smuckers natural chunky pb and noticed it has 1 gram of sugar per 2 tbs and my raw almonds also contain 1 g sugar. All the other brands are either the same or have a little more sugar. Is this ok does it go in with the trace carbs? Also I take my creatine monohydrate first upon wakening and in my post workout zero carb isopure and natural pb, but is taking the creatine with my lipolyze before my empty stomach cardio ok? Figured it would be since it is just plain creatine mono. Forgive me if these have been answered already.

    WTF! I just looked at my npb as well and it says 3g sugar. That is not natural.
    Also Myth, Iknow you use cheaters relief and chrom poly, where do you get your chrom poly?
