    Eugene in your offseason what does a typical days diet look like? And more importantly what do you eat or drink post workout?

    Eugene just finished watching all the vids from the MD Block party and I was like geez this guy is HUGE best to you and I wish you well at your next show.

    My diet is clean, 8 meals with 12oz of proteins, the only difference is that I add more carbs to each meal (75g) from Potato or Rice. I use JETFUSE and BCAA's after every workout.

    Why would you use jetfuse AFTER your workout? Isnt it a pre workout amplifier?

    Why would you use jetfuse AFTER your workout? Isnt it a pre workout amplifier?

    Ahhh im going to have to try that sometime. Im going to try how jetfuel and jetfuse pre workout today. I have the samples so I may go one jetfuel and the pack of jetfuse. I like the way GAT products are designed so it should be nice. But ill keep on eye out for jetmass.

    Try combination Jetfuel+Jetfuse+Methyldrene before workout ,it gives so much energy , specially when i am trainning my legs, i was doing that olso before NY PRO when i had my low carbs days, i am taking Jetfuel in off season too ,it keeps me lean i am 310 lbs now,

    Damn, your at 310????!?!? I seen you at atlantic states, looking really really lean. Vascular and everything. Thats nuts bro...I may buy the jetfuel and jetfuse. I have no need for methyldrene though. However I am going to be prepping for Eastern USA so...

    Jetfuel +Methyldrene will help you alot for prepering for the show, you do not nave to do alot of cardio just play with your carbs
