John - Put up some pics from the Australian pro when you came 7th and also the 2001 British Grand Prix mate...

I think both John and Lee Powell have the potential to place well at the Tampa and I can see either one or two of them qualifying for the 202 Olympia...John beat Lee at the 2003 Grand Prix but that could easily be reversed at the Tampa...

I agree with Swede on this one. The European guys always bring the conditioning. I was just thinking "his back isn't as thick as Dave Henry's is", but that conditioning more than compensates. Great physique. Good luck to you Mr. Hodgson.

Oi Gile's what do you mean that could EASILY be reversed you cheeky feck!! Actually I placed ahead of Lee in the British GP 2003 but the very next day Lee placed ahead of me at the Dutch Grand Prix. I will say this I would love to see Lee do well if I didn't, as I said we are good friends and wish each other well. I have enjoyed getting ready this time just the past week that I have really felt it but when your down in Bodyfat this is only to be expected.

David Henry carries tons of muscle, very dense and thick set and a physique of quality...thats why he's was crowned top 202 man last year and rightly so.

    Good evening morning or afternoon!

Hello ladies and gentlemen. These pics were taken at 3 weeks out from the Tampa show at 193lbs. John and I are flying the Flag for Great Britain and coming to do business, we are competitors but more than that are good mates and go way back. We will being staying in the States for two weeks with my good friend and nutritionist Neil Hill, keeping his eye on all our final prep.

This is the lightest I have competed for years and am really excited to be back in a competitive weight class.

Thank you to everyone who has given us support. Look forward to meeting you.

aaand, not being afraid of getting a bit smaller to reach that conditioning. Thats the main problem in americans I think, The obsession with size IMO.
BINGO!!! That's the main problem everywhere right now. LAZY.
