Thats good news Bro! But be careful and dont push it too hard to quick. let yourself heal up. I know it will eat you inside and out until it is 100% but the wait it important. I remember when I dislocated my hand and didnt train for like 18 weeks. I almost lost my fucking mind! haha but I came back and never felt better.
Yeah when me and my training partner dont meet up schedule wise, it gets tough.
I am a fan of all music but when I train...it has got to be something that gets my emotions going. motivating, inspiring music. It could be any type of music as long as it moves me and I like to say "wakes me the fuck up inside", gives me a feeling of dominance.
Leg day is right now my favorite day to train. Music on leg day....metallica, slipnot, shinedown, hatebreed, rob zombie. I usually listen to Eminem on the way to the gym to really get me focused.
