    Nautlus machine pull-over
    6 sets

    Rear delts
    Reverse flys
    40(10) 45(10) 55(10)

    Barbell curls
    65(15) 85(10) 135(6) 115(8) 105(10)

    Seated calve raises
    90(20) 135(20) 185(15) 210(15)

    Abs - crunches- 60 with a 25 pound plate

    I came up with this order by experimenting until I found a order of exercises I enjoy and I stick to it.

    i dont know really how to explain it but it seem like your hands follow a more natural path when yor hands are not connected to a bar, seems like i get more out of my deltoids instead of my traps this way. when i do them it ends up looking like wide grip row i always had troubel feeling anything but joint pain with bar
