    So you are doing it as a triceps move then.
    Thats what had me thrown. One tricep move in the middle of chest stuff, before shoulders.

    Close stance squats 12/10/10/8 160 -370 lbs.
    STDLs 12/10/8/8 160 - 305lbs.
    Standing calve raises. 20/20/20 260-480lbs.

    Thanks for mentioning it.

    I just realized I posted up the wrong exercise order.
    I do close grips for triceps after shoulders.
    I corrected it.

    Incline dumbbell curls 12/12/10/8 30 - 45lbs
    Preacher bench 'spider' one arm curls - 10/10/8 25-40lbs.
    Preacher bench 'spider' 10 seconds one arm negatives 2 sets 1 rep 45-50lbs.

    Cable forward triceps extensions. 12/12/10/10 80-100lbs. * A bit of a triceps issue. Having to back off a bit on weights.
    Triceps rope push downs 12/12/10 60 - 80lbs

    StairMaster HIIT 12 minutes
    Treadmill HIIT 12 minutes

    Thanks to all of this HIIT work, I am starting to notice some significant changes in body composition.
    Improvements in muscle definition and separations.

    Being an older trainer what kind of changes if any have you had to make over the years and do you have any advice on certain things to avoid which brought you injuries or nagging stuff? I know B Neck press was one you have mentioned for example.

    I was chatting with one of the regulars at my gym today and was shocked when he mentioned he is 77, I honestly though he was maybe 60-65
