    Due to my left delt/biceps issue I am having to adjust frequency of workouts.
    I have shifted to allowing at least three days rest between any workout that stresses delts and biceps as either a primary or synergist muscle.

    Dumb bell laterals 12/10/8 25-35lbs

    Incline dumb bell curls 1 set rest pause 12/10/8 25-35lbs
    Preacher bench curls 1 set rest pause 12/10/8 15-35lbs

    Overhead triceps rope extensions 1 set rest pause 12/10/8
    Wide grip triceps push downs ( inner head focus) 1 set rest pause 12/10/8
    Trap bar shrugs 1 set rest pause 12/10/8 155-325lbs

    Forearm reverse curls on a preacher bench 20 reps 40lbs
