    from the pics they have up for the show already he looks like he is doing his thing very solid.. odd midsection tho imo
    James is NOT Flexing his Midsection and his choice of Color is HORRIBLE!
    Inspite of that this dude is the Real Thing and will be One of the Last two standing!

    good to know because hes so shredded but the detail on his abs are horrible i was hoping it was simple and not just how his abs are formed

    Thanks for the update Shawn, I know when he left here on Tuesday he was looking really good but flat. Neil told me he has filled out real good today.

    Great question!! It should.. seems to be that all shows are holding it now. Not sure if the Arnold has made it official.. I remember they used to have a masters class so they should be open to it!

    Shawn, why would someone avoid flexing the mid section. cramping, injury???? We all know the guy is polished and knows how to pose well
