I am a new student of Georges and I am very pleased with him. He is always available when needed and knows his stuff. In a few weeks the changes have been dramatic. THANX GEORGE!!!

First off, I just wanna say welcome to the boards!! Second.... I know Branch is a work-force x 10... but you were a big factor in his great succes. I was curious what that diet looked like that you had him on. Crazy amounts of protein to hold all that mass?
    Thanks in advance

Thank you and I am very happy to be on board. Branch? He was having 500grams protein and 700 grams a carbs daily. Something only Branch can get away with dieting down .

Isn't 700g of carbs alot during contest-prep? I heard that Branch liked it more when he was eating High carbs and High protein during his contest-prep; with this said I heard he just did longer cardio sessions to full out.

I wonder how much carbs he eats in the off-season

hello george i have a question about nutrition... when calculating calories do you take into consideration the protein found in carbohydrates? for example if im eating wholemeal pasta there can be up to 20g of protein per meal and at the end of the day that all adds up and puts you way over your daily calories.... any information on this would be appreciated.

    hey george,

im trying to gain alot of mass. when i have eggs do you think i should have all of them whole or should i have most white with a couple of yolks?

and also how many carbs would you recommend i have at breakfast, pre workout and post workout? i weigh 162lbs at the moment.

Mr. Farah I got a question about post workout supps. I make my own using 1 scoop Hydrowhey, 44g maltodextrin, 10g ON casein, 2g Taurine, 1 Kre-Alk capsule opened, and 1 ON BCAA capsule. I'm 5'3" 168 8% BF. Since all of these are mixed into one drink Im wondering how long after my last set to begin drinking. Also an hour and 15 minutes later I will have my post workout meal which is a weightgainer shake such as Pro Complex Gainer, since it is easier to digest and utilize as opposed to a whole food meal. Thoughts and advice on this current strategy would be greatly appreciated.

    George,
As a contest prep coach, how did you feel when Branch was announced the top two at the Mr. Olympia contest?

I was on cloud night . To be honest with you as soon as Branch, walked on that stage I said to myself mission accomplished. I think that the judges saw the same thing we all seeing, Branch, was on and for the first time he have nothing missing and the judges did a great job by rewarding him.
