    Here is a vid from today's workout. I don't have any buddies at the gym that wanna record vids for me lol so i wasn't able to get a full workout on cam. This vid is my last set of incline presses.

    Rest of the workout:

    Incline Bench press
    225 x 20
    315 x 6 (stopped short because fucking hand placement was bad)
    315 x 9
    315 x 8
    315 x 8
    405 x 3 (first was all me spotter says i got the 2nd too but idk. needed him on the 3rd)

    Incline DB press
    110 x 10
    110 x 10
    110 x 10

    Incline Fly
    50 x 10
    70 x 9
    70 x 9
    70 x 8

    Machine Fly
    200 x 8
    200 x 8
    200 x 8

    cable fly
    3 sets of bullshittin idk what i was using because I was talking so much d to a friend at the time.

    Thanks bro, the guy spottin me is awesome, we don't workout together but every time I see him there I hit him up for a spot. I wanna get 3 on my own before the end of next month.

    thanks man, i bench twice a week right now one day incline the other flat. I wanna drop the flat soon incline has really helped my chest this year.

    It's pretty basic bro, on the first day I do either heavy incline work or flat work. So like this week I did heavy incline work next week it will be heavy flat work. Same exercises but instead of incline bb or db press and flys i do flat bb and db flys. The second chest day I only do reps of 12 - 20 just going for a solid pump.

    Day 1 Heavy:
    Incline bench 6 sets
    inclie db 4 sets
    incline fly 4sets
    machine fly 3 sets
    cable fly 3 sets

    Day 2 light:
    Bench press 5 sets
    DB Press 3 sets
    DB fly 3 sets
    machine fly 3 sets
    cable cross 3 sets
