My gym does not allow video cameras...

Of course, I am trying to get some kind of special arrangement... just bear with me.

Layne, you showoff!!! 365 lb. front squat?! No, just kidding!

It is always good to see your clips. They are just as inspiring, if not more, than watching Branch or Jay or one of them do what they do, because your intensity is all you.

Now, about the GHR... I was always under the impression that you had to keep the back straight and the body in a straight line through the entire movement, so that is what I had been doing, and it killed my back to do so. But that is not necessary, from what I am seeing, right? Because if this is not the case, I have been holding myself back from progressing.

I think you guys will like this. And yes, as you can see this will be footage appearing on the upcoming DVD. It's not Ronnie Coleman weight but it's something I promised myself I would achieve as a goal so I was really really fired up after I got it... as you can see! lol

without further ado... 405 lb front squat

Myself last spring. I'm about 30lbs lighter now and I can't wait to get my fricking cast off next week and get back in the gym.
