Forget the negativity.

One quick question, what are your plans as far as sponsors go? The main reason i bought my TLF gear was to support your sponsor. Hopefully BSN is treating you well, you're a legend in the making.

I like to do a little circuit training for my calves.
    1x15 seated calf raises
    1x15 standing calf raises
1x burn out with just body weight calf raises
    * No rest between those 3 exercises
    Repeat for 4 sets

Thanks for the support man. At the moment i am not training at all. Just finished doing the Nationals and a lot of photo shoots. So i am just letting my body heal right now. Still doing my cardio to keep my weight down, but will prob start back in a bout a week or so depending on how i feel. And my knees have never really gave me any problems.

Trey, you have the biggest avi ever!! How can I get one that big? Just kidding bro, you looked on point this year at nationals. It was a very stacked show, best looking competitors on stage this year by far.

Keep improving and you'll get that card. Happy turkey day, later...

    Hey,trey

Good luck in the next off-season prep.

I was just wondering what is your diet like during the off-season.

Thats a good question. I do look up to guys like Jay and Ronnie because they are the best. I think my drive comes from my dad and within me. My dad always pushed me to be the best. When i was the best he said i could be better. I always saw my dad training, it did not matter if was raining or snowing, he was training. I want to be the best, no matter what it is. i will push and push myself to the limit.

Oh cool so are you trying to take a more whole food aproach and relying a little less on shakes. I remember reading something that you were having like 4 or 5 shakes a day?
