I am a distance runner who wantes to gain muscle mass/ weight without gain fat but still being a distance runner what do you think I should about doing both bodybuiling and distance running?

Thats gonna be kinda tough but you have got to keep your protein, carbs, and calories high. Double of what most people take in, because running burns so much.

Leading up to the show i was using Epizone, i just got addicted to that product. Real good product.

do you use a plain waxy maize at all post workout?? or just use Volumize intra workout?

I just use volumize. Then i eat as soon as i get home.

Was wondering if you could give me some suggestions on some decent gyms here in Georgia. Im currently working out of a tiny ass mainstream type gym (fitness 19) and I gotta say its killing me... I was told the Golds in forrest park was a decent one to go to but wanted to see where you suggest.

Well i use a couple different ones. There is Ironhouse which is hardcore. There is no heat and no AC but a good little gym. Then there is World Fitness, which is the old Main Event. Its small but got a lot of good equipment and dumbbells. These gyms are all in the Smyrna/Marietta area. I am not sure of gyms else where.

Man you just got to be disciplined. If you want to be the best, its pretty easy to cut cravings.
My carbs were always changing but protein stayed around 400-500

I am sticking to my same training, hard and heavy. I am always switching things up in my training program, but I pretty much stick to the basics.
