Epizone sounds like good stuff. I have used nitrix in the past and at the right dosage got better punps and fullness, along with No Xplode. Does Epizone replace the use of nitrix?? do you like Epizone better than Nitrix???
Leading up to the show i was using Epizone, i just got addicted to that product. Real good product.

do you use a plain waxy maize at all post workout?? or just use Volumize intra workout?

Was wondering if you could give me some suggestions on some decent gyms here in Georgia. Im currently working out of a tiny ass mainstream type gym (fitness 19) and I gotta say its killing me... I was told the Golds in forrest park was a decent one to go to but wanted to see where you suggest.
Well i use a couple different ones. There is Ironhouse which is hardcore. There is no heat and no AC but a good little gym. Then there is World Fitness, which is the old Main Event. Its small but got a lot of good equipment and dumbbells. These gyms are all in the Smyrna/Marietta area. I am not sure of gyms else where.

give me an idea how many grams carbs, protein YOU consume during the prep phase.

hey trey are you going to use the same training you used this past year or will you do something different? like maybe dc training? or some other type of training?
