hey has anyone ever done with chains on the neck while durning the dips??? Branch does that... i don't know how much they weigh--but, he puts like 3-4 heavy chains on his neck and then take one off, and then do it again, and down to no chains --- then rep it out..... I wish my town has a hardcore gym like the one at metroflex......

"french press" i guess its whats its called. same movement as overhead db but use the preacher curl bar. i get more stretch from them than skull crushs. love them. they are a finisher in my workout. use 45s and depending on energy ill go up to 45s and 10s.

close grip bench for sure. used to be overhead dbell press with the 120s, but i had elbow issues and even after 3 or 4 warmups it still flared up. it actually took me 2 sets into my working sets to stop aching, i figured id stop doing it first and therefore heavy, before i fucked up my elbow. close grip has been great lately, ive seen some good gains from it. just be sure to keep your hands about 10-12inches apart so you dont hurt your wrists. also i stop about 6 inches from my chest to keep my pecs out of it

French Press is good too. I really like doing bench dips with plates on my lap. Some people bitch about the strain on your wrists but it hits the tris so hard that I don't mind.

My number one is weighted dips for sure, with skullcrushers coming in a close second.

I have always loved weighted dips, but since I learned how to close grip properly I prefer them. For one the weight was starting to become too much for weighted dips. As in it was becomming a pain lifting the belt up. I'd rather load a bar.

their great if you do them right, but it's rare to see that. MOst guys are swinging way to much weight around. i start slow with 20's and work up to 40-45's. I always do it as 2-3 exercise in the line up. my elbows need a lot of warming up.
