Skulls are my primary tricep exercise followed by cable pushdowns, dips and close grip bench

Basically anything overhead. I feel like that is the part of the triceps that is hardest to develop... the other heads get hit with everything, but the long head only gets hit in a maximally stretched position. Making the triceps complete.

Bench Dips are good for me as bar dips upset my shoulders, I think my gyms bars are too close.

I love standing EZ bar overhead extensions. Bring the wieght all the way down to get the stretch then rocket back up.

Close grip definatly great for mass and I also enjoy cable pushdowns with the rope attachment just for that extra bit of isolation in your long head

Skull crushers and weighted dips. Did 187 lbs on skull crushers (good form but only 5 reps) last week and was ecstatic. Now I only wish my biceps were that strong

Overhead cable extension (for the long head, and this keeps this exercise also puts less stress on your joints, but yet the stress is constant unlike a normal skullcrusher)

Heavy bench for that football tricep look

Straight bar pushdowns for that exterior outside head
Gentlemen, you have two choices: Mamma Mia or Jersey Boys.

My favorites are not even listed.

    1. Reverse grip bench press.

    2. Dead Skulls.

Both come from Dante's arsenal. Both are out of this world.

How are reverse grip bench presses from Dante's arsenal? That lift has been around forever.

I like to do something like this (don't know the name):

use either a bench or a bar that rests securely about 50 cm above the floor hold on to it as if you were to do a skull crusher (close grip) stand on your toes and maintain your body in a straight line position do not raise your buttocks and slide underneath the bench or a bar using only your triceps.

it is better than straight skulls more power and more stretch

I didn't mean he invented the movement. I meant that RGBP was used heavily in DC training.
