Got ya. Do you feel reverse grips work your triceps much? To me it seems to target my upper chest more.

I voted for skull crushers....but I do them on an incline...find it hits the long head very nicely.
I got my dick in their mouth...so I guess it's fuck what they say!

Want big triceps? Super set these with close grip BP on the Smith machine for 4- 5 sets.

I wish we could pick more than one but, I voted skull crushers. I do a variation that's actually called French Presses. You bring the bar all the way back past your head and the resting position is actually under your head. You actually have your head off the bench. You hold your elbows back at a 45 degree angle from the floor and hold it there throughout the entire exercise. It keeps all the tension on the tri's through the entire motion. Really works great!!!

    Dips are great.

Incline Bench EX-Bar Skull Crushers are wicked too.

Dumbbell French Curls are good especially for the stretch they can afford.

Bent Over Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks hit a certain area of my triceps with laser like precision that few other exercises do.

Dips first and foremost, reverse grip bench a close second

Every time I do overhead db extension I pull/strain something in my ab's? Yet there my favorite.

All you need is skullcrushers, close grip bench and overhead dumbbell extensions. I started doing these 3 exercises for 4 sets each of between 6-10 reps instead of some of the smaller unilateral movements and my tris have been growing a lot. And I mix up the order or them and also the skullcrushers I'll do flat, decline or with my elbows back more.

Incline skullcrushers superset 10-12 reps close grip then as many as I can get wide grip. Don't even sit the weight down, I change grips in the air.
