    i done skullcrushers today which i dont normally do

    i dont really feel that pump from them as i do with say rope exstentions

    try doing them on decline bench and finish slightly behind your ahead not right above it .. my favorite exercise and i have seen great gains since i started doing them .. absolutely hated skullcrushers

    I like skull crushers.
    bench dips especially.

    Yes weighted dips is great and i feel my tris alot more with dips than any other tri excercise

    I quit training my arms... Did a bunch of heavy prresses today for chest, and my triceps were cramping on me earlier.

    For me it has to be the following:

    - Close Grip Bench
    - Weighted Dips
    - Seated Overhead Dumbell Extensions
    - Single Arm seated dumbell extensions.

    overhead cable extension or cable kickbacks. Dno I really like cable for triceps cos it stresses the muscle trough the entire range of motion.

    i've been doing incline db skull crushers lately. pretty good IMO

    i'm training arms every other week at max, for tris warming up with rope pushdowns after that some skull crushers and that's it

    Dips are very effective for me when im 220-230 pounds. I like skull crushers and close grip bench press on the smith machine when im carrying less weight

    I change my favorite all the time but for now Dips are doing me alot of good

    IDC for the smith much, but reverse grip bench on the smith is pretty damn cool
