Mine's not on there but my 2 favorites are the close grip on a decline bench and dips off the back of a bench with weights on my lap.

I like doin over head extention with a smith..... You can keep the weight light (keepin it easy on the elbows) and get full extention with a full contraction without worrying about hurting yourself. It also makes it easy to get someone to spot you and give a little help.

I keep the reps high with these, 12-20. A tip!.... Light weight hits the medial head.

Try it do 1workout with only light.... Very light weight and the next day your medial head will be killin you.

No need to thank me.... That's what we are here for, to help.

    Skull-Crushers
    Close-Grip Bench-press
    Weighted Bench Dips

These 3 with 3 sets of 10-12 reps should really do the trick!

Lately I've been doing close grip bench, skull crushers, then I put the rope and metal v handle on the cable. Start with the rope with a good stretch, then when I go to failure I grab the metal v handle and go to failure again. Gets a crazy pump going.

Skull crusher can be hard on the elbows for sure. Close grip bench press.

I say normal Bench Pressing is the best triceps exercise. Not close grip.
