I'm kind of loving bench dips with a heavy dumbell on my lap.

Hack squats always do it for me. Nothing gives me a better pumps in the tricepertous than some good hacks.

I like skullcrushers, but it's best when you have a spotter to force out a couple extra reps. Now I do weighted dips. Another fun variant is doing a giant set with pushdowns followed immediately with overhead extensions (or vice versa).

Can't do closegrips with much weight because it kills my wrists for some reason.

I find what works best is a variation.
I rotate between Close Grip Bench, Bodyweight, Bench, and Machine Dips, DB Tricep Extension, Cable Pulldown, and somtimes skulls.

I think that Close Grip Bench, honestly, is overrated.

By far JW presses. Look it up it's a mix between close grip and skulls. You'll love it.

Dips forsure! Started adding weight recently and everything started shooting up, but I'm also a huge fan of JM Presses.
