Overhead db extensions for sure. Really hits the outer head, a part often neglected.

I like overhead barbell extensions and dips. That's basically all you need

I like reverse grip bench press on the smith machine with a wide grip. I like to turn the bench backward so only my upper back is on it and my ass is hanging off. I like to drop the bar right below my chest (slow controlled negtive) then explode on the postive pushing the bar like i wanna throw it passed my legs and onto the floor (which is not gonna be possible)

actually i love all of them...what i do is 1000 reps...but break it up with different exercises...it made my triceps look like a freak...
i do rope-- 50, 40, 30, 20, 10, 30, 30, 30, 30, 30--- those are reps, but you start with medium weight, then down to little heavier and when you get to 30 reps...back up to where it is not too bad, then go up to little lighter...

you can either stand or sit...whatever you are comfortable...
sit on the incline bench.... face away from the machine...grab the rope behind you, and then peform the pressdown.... that will keep your form very strict!

    then,
    straight bar pressdown..
    30, 35, 35 reps...yes, a little heavy do that twice-

    then
    incline db triceps...
30, 35, 35 reps...you need to pratice with the form, i do not too light, but medium, but feel the burn.. do that twice

    then, lol..the hard part..

either close grip bench press or chest press machine if you have a wood bar or something....

    select medium weight...do 25 reps, 8 sets....

    there you go..

    1000 reps!!!!!

    do that ONCE A WEEK.....
