    i have partially torn cartilage in my left knee i fell while squatting 750 pounds on a Super cat leverage machine, other than that being to big just plain sucks

    Nice back workout, and yeah you like pitiful in those pics, like a beatup puppy.

    I'd like to get involved in some sparring, great for cardio and for endurance I imagine.
