    well gollee! everybody trips out on the inclines but im more impressed with my 60 pound strict curls,oh well thanks!almost every comment in my journal is about the inclines, i would be more impressed if my bodyweight were lower

    DB CURLS 40X20X7.......... THESE WERE REALLY SLOW HURT LIKE HELL AFTER FEW SETS
    ARNOLD CURL 40X12X3
    80POUND CABLE NEGATIVE SLOW AS POSSIBLE GOT 5 TWICE FOR BOTH ARMS
    DID A HIGH REP SET WITH 20 POUNDERS DIDNT COUNT REPS
