    im at a point where i am uncomfortably big i really want to get more into cardio get to a healthier leaner weight at 230 i would feel skinny

    Yeah i understand. Whats your current Bodyweight? 230 i a good weight.
    Why not do fast walking with dumbbells instead of just walking for cardio, once that comes easy do some jogging. Build your cardio up and burn fat same time. Get a good diet. Hit the weights hard and fast which will burn fat and build muscle.

    went to deep incine benching 330 tryed to reach my target rep range(COULDNT MAKE IT) so i let it sit on me then exploded off the bottom(KINDA REST PAUSE BY ACCIDENT) strained something

    I have never inclined over 300 pounds, good job!

    I hope you heal fast, it sucks getting injured in the gym.
