Can't take a compliment this morning?

I am sure there are lots of people who are 280 that would be crushed once they unracked 300 pounds.

I hope you feel better and heal up!

You do not do low rep sets or one rep maxes?

I have found that since I started training in the 1-4 rep range my strength in the 6-8 has also got better. My heaviest bench is 300 for 3 reps.

    I love Youtube.

First off, I love this convo we are having between 2 threads.

I train in all kinds of rep ranges, I have found it stops me from getting bored quickly.

    That's awesome bro!

I like to flat bench and incline press, but not the other way around. I am particular that way.

    Again, if I may?

How long have you worked out for?

What is the best and worst thing to happen to you in the gym?

What is the best and worst experience you have ever had in the gym?

My worst experience was when I injured my left biceps in September of this year. It affected me for 6 weeks, it really stalled my training.

My best experience was the frist time I had ever lifted 500 pounds. I did rack deads and did 3 reps a few months ago.

I was fortunate to have a training partner who was educated on lifting techniques and supplementation. I leaned a lot from him.

I was a yo-yo when it comes to training. But, I have been in the gym since Dec/07. I started at 170ish pounds and have been all over the place since. I am now 200ish.
