    Gotta love lifting heavy! I sometimes do a 405 dropset to 135 for shrugs too.

    man...350lbs....for 12 reps??? thats freaaky man, I have never seen anyone hit more than 264lbs in my gym for reps...not even from the biggest dudes who compete!

    the biggest dude at my gym can bench 520 he claims to be natural (LOOKS LIKE A NPCSUPERHEAVYWEIGHT WITH WEAK LEGS). if i ever rep with 405 i wont go any higher(SCARED ID GET MUSHED OR TEAR SOMETHING)i do seem to be a pretty strong presser but lower back and knee problems hurt my lifts for back and legs.

    HOLIDAYS SCREWED ME UP BUT TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK-------- GOAL FOR THIS YEAR IS TO STOP obsessing about being big and strong and worry alittle more about diet and cardio. i think i could look good at 240 right now im 287.5 i wanna post before pics but im embarrassed well heres one but i will take some more (just got camera for christmas) this is only pic on my ps3 right now
