Those Nautilus machines may be Old Stuff, but I have been aorund a long time and in IMO it is superior to much of the stuff out today-and like I said - the pullover is the best machine ever built...

This may be going back 25 years-but who remembers the Corbin-Gentry brand of equipment, way ahead of its day. Plate loaded leverage machines that are similar in in leverage to Hammer-but more complex looking-who remembers those? The CG back machine was way cool.....

Somke of the Nautilus equiment was awesome and some was pure garbage. The hip and back machine was garbage, the pec deck was awesome, the leg press/extension machine (which Gold's Venice had for a long time) was a great superset machine, the due squat machine was garbage.........the pullover was of course the best machine they ever built-every gym should have a Nautilus pullover-for some reason copy cats never duplicated the feel of the pullover......
if you think the duo squat was garbage , you didnt know how to set it up and use it properly. but thats not uncommom because nautilus never did a good job of instructing proper use of their equpiment.

I am jealous of anyone who has access to the old Nautilus machines - I spent two years training ONLY on them when I was 18-20. Loved them!

I lift at school (University at Albany) and the entire gym in my building is still furnished with the old equipment from the 60s and 70s....entire thing is filled with Nautilus machines. When I came here it was the first time I saw them.

    I too love them.

I honestly would spend a good fortune if I had the space to set up a home gym built around OLD NAUTILUS machine. There so perfectly made! They feel just right.

My old gym had a plate loaded version of this lat pull down, INCREDIBLE machine.

It also had a newer version of the infamous pullover machine, I miss that thing.

This is a sweetheart of a machine. I use it almost every back workout...in fact I used it earlier tonight. Never used the pullover machine but I would love to try one sometime.
