    Question on Close Grip Bench:

    When doing this should your arms pretty much stay in so close that they touch your body OR can they flare out?
    If they can flare out, how far (would it be okay if they were halfway between the bench and being perpendecular (45 degrees)?

    I try to keep them tucked, just depends on weight, the heavier I go, the more pressure I feel on the elbows and I can't keep them tucked in...

    Hey bro, I know that your arms have been a bitch to grow, mine are the same.

    I did my arms last night, I always push to failure, but I can't seem to gain...what would you change about the workout below? I want to be sore and gain some size, btw, my diet is straight for gaining mass...

    Ezbar Curls:
    9,7,5(70)Dropset: 5(55)

    Incline DB Curls:
    9,5,5(35)

    Cable Curls:
    10,8,7,7,6,6,5(60)(Rest/Pause)

    CGBP:

    10,8,6(135)

    Skulls:

    12,10,8(55)

    Overhead Tricep Extensions:

    10,9,8(60)

    Cable Pushdowns:

    12,10,8,6,5,5,4(100)(Rest/Pause)

    Looks good!

    I would try my iso-movements first, try this:


    Cable Curls to start, single arm obviously, high reps, get the blood in there.
    Incline DB curls, great movement!
    EZ bar curls last

    Cable pushdowns with high reps, single arms as well.
    close brip bench
    Skulls rocks!
    OHTE last with high reps.

    Have you tried supersetting your whole session?

    Arms are wicked to train, but fukkin hard to grow!

    Great input bro, I've always done cables last but it makes good sense to get the blood flowing...

    I've done some supers before and actually did get a little sore...
