Hey Adam (and others)...curious what kind of gym bag do you use/recommend?

I was thinking of getting one.
I see people with either the large "travel" style bag or the almost laundry style string bags.

my gym bag is an under armour one. its about mid sized and has tons of compartments. i love it.

i've had the laundry bag type before and it was too actually not too bad either.

hey adam what's your opinion on fat consumption for a low carb, high protein diet...

For example, I eat all my carbs before 2pm, I like to consume them early and before & after lifting...in regards to fat consumption
when is best to consume the fats?

Should they be spread out across the day or more structured around lifting time for optimal energy?

Gym Bags - I won a bag once at a strongman comp. I use it for SM stuff, tacky, tiger balm, knee sleeves, otomix shoes, etc. But when I am in normal mode... no bag, just walk in and start crushin weights

In that scenario I would keep all the carbs where they are and add fats to the remaining meals.
