Arrow Q&A with your TJ Forum Leaders: Joker & Austin_Bicep

I wanted to make myself more available to the posters of this unique and incredible section of MD Forums so I decided to open up my own Q&A thread.

If you have any questions about this Training Journal section, weight training, Jeeps, marijuana, women and relationships, Texas Hold'em poker, car sales and leasing, American Bulldogs or anything else I may be able to help you with, let me know.

Feel free to PM me if there is something you do not want to post in a public forum.

So, where is the question? I was excited to see that someone actually posted in here...lol....

Jeeps are sweet, Rubicons are the BEST!

    Girls are OK too....

If a girl does not like your Jeep, can her! She will be high maintenance. If she loves offraoding and getting dirty, save for a ring.

Smokin a J in your Jeep with the top and doors off in the woods in surreal, you'll see what I mean soon enough.

One huge difference in my opinion, the interaction!

When you write in a journal at home, no one writes in it but you.

Here, you write in your thread for yourself and to reference at a later date, but you also give others the opportunity to discuss and share ideas with you based on what you post. In this section, you get back what you give.

    It is a win-win scenario.

Yanks? I am a Canuck, get the slurs right!

I can guess pretty close to what your weight is to pounds from kilo's. 1kg= 2.2lbs.

    I'm smart like that.

Thanks for getting this thread going.

    ok I have a question

for me to drop say to 6-7% bf from an aprox bf of 11-12% whilst doing heavy activity like martial arts, how can I do this? I know you went on keto for your contest prep? The thing is I wanna see what I look like peeled to the bone, not for any comp or whatever, but just to see what id look like ya know, then go back on the mass wagon (hopefully more lean gains etc etc).

If I cannot open it, I smash the fukkin thing open, carefully.

    how do you read?

From left to right, top to bottom. I can read pretty quickly.

    what does green mean?

    Green = Marijuana, most times.

did she really have an orgasm?

The girl in the picture is Raven. I dated her before I moved to the Yukon. We had a very sexual and "explosive" relationship.

    what does red mean?

Red, as in Red Green, look him up. Seriously.

    whats this life for?

    Is that a Creed song?

This life is what you make it.

Choice after choice, we slowly define ourselves.

    what does it all mean?

It means whatever you want it to mean.

Now, if you put a T infront of it, well, you have a something to play with.

why does my wifes feet stink?(shes hot)

You should stop licking them with your bad breath before you smell them.

Odor-eater in soles for her shoes, worked for me.

why is my brother so stupid?

Or, why are you so intelligent? It goes both ways.
    Answers above in bold.

Thanks for the laughs, I enjoyed replying to that!

It is all about what you eat my friend. Your body can do some amazing things when you really apply yourself to making those changes happen. But, you cannot do nothing and expect something.

If anything, you will have to dedicate yourself to this transformation as much as you have your BJJ training. If you do, you will be the happiest MOFO in the UK!

I would suggest you do not do keto, carbs are good for what you do, in my opinion. I am no guru or nutrition expert, but you need carbs.

Eat to grow or eat to get fat, there is a difference. You and I eat to grow,

The maintenance schedule is the same, there is just more things to maintain.

    Just
    Empty
    Ever
    Pocket.

The problem is a Ruby is designed to be offroaded, but not everyone can drive offroad correctly. As a result, they break shit more often and people bitch because they think these things are invincible, we all know they are not. Warranty does not cover abuse or ignorance, but cash does.

The best thing about a Ruby is the lockers, dana diffs, and the 4:1 RockTrac transfer case.

The worst thing is the 3.8L, 202hp, 232 lbs torque engine. I would want to do the 6.1 Hemi conversion if I ever got serious about building one. But, I would be content with driving a Ruby in stock trim anyday.

I have many Jeep offroading vids on my youtube page.

Well Fabio, I had skinny 13" arms as a teen, through my twenties I built them up to 16". They now measure around 17.5" flexed and they have never been this big or hard. My goal is to get them up to 18" in the next few months.

I have never injected anything into my arms and I doubt I could. Maybe my tri's, but not the bis. No Synthol for this cat....lol.....

This pic below was taken the day after my show in June. They were 15" here. I also competed in this show on no AAS as I cycled off in January and never went back on the gas until after the show.
