    Layne,

I know you like Sesamin, but the only studies I have found have been done on rats.

I know you are a research guy. Is there any research on Sesamin and humans?

Even if an individual hits his calories/macros in a time span (8 hours or less) and in 1-2 meals how much harm is there?
how long of a fast are we talking?

Intermittent Fasting bases off at least a 16 hour fast, sometimes extended longer, but the gyst is you have an 8 hour window to eat all your calories in howevery many meals you want.

Thoughts? I think you know Martin Berkhan who you have had a roundtable with before on debates.

yea i don't agree with that at all for optimal anabolism. might be ok for fat loss, but not maximizing muscle

    hey layne
1.do you think it matters what time of the day you take vitamins?
    2. what do you think of using egg protein powder or beef protein instead of whey for someone that cant have lactose?
i only use aminos right now but being able to have a protein shake would be handy sometimes because i have colitis and cant always eat so much

    Layne,

How much Carnitine do you take? Do you take it with a protein/carb meal or shake?

I was always under the assumption that l-carnitine was junk.

    Thanks

I eat different foods everyday. Your body doesn't see foods, it sees pro/carbs/fats/fiber

I just make sure I hit the target numbers
