I'm a long time fan of yours and I follow your reccomendations for diet and training, I know MMA is very different to bodybuilding and powerlifting, but I can't get my head round his thinking. So I'm sitting at home watching ufc 127 and I was thinking that Jon actually looks pretty skinny having lost noticable muscle mass and how can 90g of protein be enough for a guy who walks around at 180+lbs and trains as intesley as he does?
