Welcome to MD. Could you please provide some details on the off season diet that you have Guy Cisternino doing that includes fruit. This is the only bodybuilding diet that I have ever seen or read about that has fruit, which I love. What is the science behind you adding this to his diet.

Hey Neil, what do you recommend your clients in the off season? For my off season diet I was gaining too much weight too fast and I could not figure out why.
I ate very clean number one, but I ate every too hours. I would measure out my carbs and fats but eat as much protein as I wanted. I ate in moderation and never stuffed my face, just ate enough to satisfy me for 2 hours. The only thing I can think of was me eating too much chicken. Thanks Neil!
what is your opinion on estrogen and fat loss? should one control it while prepping for a show? thanks

I'm an edomorph bodybuilder 260pounds would i like to know how much protein carbs and fat per pound you recommend on and off drugs?
I'm FINALLY getting back on the road to competing again, i havent been on stage in over 3 years, the last time was the British Championships 2006. I was hoping you could assist me in putting together a clean and basic off season nutrition plan?
I'm planning on getting back on stage on October 3rd at the West midlands, exactly a week before the British so if i qualify i can run straight into that show.
The problem I'm having is putting my plan together for the off season, i always feel like something is either missing or it just isnt sufficient enough to sustain maximal gains in muscle whilst holding my BF where it is.
Any help you can give will be greatly appreciate mate.
